Terms of Service

1. Service Content

"YouClaw Services" in this Agreement refers to: the AI personal assistant desktop application and related online services provided by OtterAI, including but not limited to AI conversation, long-term memory, extensible skills, scheduled tasks, multi-Agent collaboration and other features. The specific service content is subject to what you use or subscribe to.

OtterAI reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate some free services at any time, and reserves the right to adjust the types and forms of services provided by YouClaw. OtterAI will notify you through in-app notifications, emails, or official website announcements before making such adjustments.

Before using YouClaw services, you should fully read and understand the description of the corresponding services, especially the limitations on free services and various levels of paid services.

2. Account

To access and use the full features of YouClaw, you may need to register a YouClaw account. When registering, you need to provide true and accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.

OtterAI may require you to provide further identity information to complete identity verification. Failure to complete verification as required may affect your use of certain services.

OtterAI recommends that you safeguard your registration information and passwords. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please immediately change your password and contact us.

3. Usage Guidelines

You warrant that the content you input, upload, or store in YouClaw does not violate this Agreement and complies with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, and reliability of your content.

You may not use YouClaw to upload, store, send, or transmit any information that violates national laws and regulations, including but not limited to content that opposes constitutional principles, endangers national security, damages national honor, incites ethnic hatred, undermines religious policies, spreads rumors, or distributes obscene, violent, or defamatory content.

You may not use YouClaw for any activities that violate laws, endanger network security, compromise computer system security, undermine YouClaw's product integrity, or infringe upon the interests of OtterAI or any third party. OtterAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in such activities.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

OtterAI does not own the content you submit through the service; such content remains yours. However, OtterAI has the right to determine whether content is appropriate and compliant with this Agreement, and may take action on violating content.

All ownership and related intellectual property rights of the service (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, interface design, layout framework, etc.) belong to OtterAI. Without written permission, you may not copy, transfer, license, or provide these intellectual properties to others.

5. Privacy Policy

By using this service, you agree to OtterAI's lawful collection and use of your information. Protecting user personal information is a fundamental principle of OtterAI. OtterAI will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with the YouClaw Privacy Policy. Your acceptance of this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the YouClaw Privacy Policy.

6. Data and Information Security

OtterAI will adopt reasonable technical and other necessary measures to protect the security of your information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and national standards.

Internet data transmission, storage, and conversion may involve certain data security risks that could result in data loss, leakage, damage, or other consequences. You confirm that you are aware of and agree to accept such risks.

You may use YouClaw services to process your data (upload, analyze, delete, modify, etc.). You should exercise caution and bear the consequences of such operations.

7. Disclaimer

OtterAI shall not be liable for any loss or leakage of data, materials, passwords, etc. caused by your improper maintenance or inadequate confidentiality, or any personal information leakage not caused by OtterAI.

OtterAI shall not be liable for any suspension, interruption, delay, or abnormal use of YouClaw caused by force majeure, hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, network operator issues, or government regulations beyond OtterAI's reasonable control.

You are responsible for the legality of content you input or store through YouClaw. You shall bear full legal responsibility for any disputes arising from such content.

8. Service Changes / Interruption / Termination

You may cancel your account and stop using YouClaw services at any time. After account cancellation, YouClaw will no longer retain your data.

If YouClaw services need to be suspended for system maintenance or upgrades, OtterAI will endeavor to provide advance notice.

OtterAI may terminate or suspend your services in the following circumstances: your provided information is untrue; you violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement; you request account cancellation; your use may pose security risks; or as required by applicable laws or government authorities.

OtterAI does not guarantee the permanent provision of any specific service, and will make best efforts to provide advance notice before terminating or changing services.

9. Agreement Modifications

OtterAI has the right to refine and modify this Agreement from time to time in accordance with internet development and changes in applicable laws and regulations. The revised Agreement will be published on the YouClaw official website.

If you do not agree with the modifications, you should immediately stop using YouClaw services. If you continue to use the services, you are deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement.

10. Special Provisions for Minors

YouClaw services are primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor, please ensure that your guardian has carefully read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

If your guardian does not agree to your use of YouClaw services under this Agreement, please immediately stop using our services and notify us promptly.

You warrant that you are a natural person with full civil capacity. If you purchase or use YouClaw paid services in violation of this warranty, OtterAI shall not bear any legal responsibility including but not limited to refunding the purchase price.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The execution, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplementation, termination, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

All disputes arising from your use of YouClaw services and related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between OtterAI and you. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court at OtterAI's location.

If a user engages in any illegal or infringing activities using this service, the user shall bear full responsibility.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid by a competent authority, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
